Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium spa facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in spa or wellness management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a critical requirement for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and customer service.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa therapists, aestheticians, and concierge personnel.Ensure a safe, clean, and calming environment compliant with health and safety regulations.Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and products as necessary.Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Develop and execute marketing strategies and spa promotions to drive business growth and revenue.Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish performance goals for the team.Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with the company's standards and protocols.Oversee booking systems for a seamless client experience, from check-in to checkout.Collaborate with senior management to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Stay updated on spa trends, wellness innovations, and industry best practices.QualificationsProven Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Manager or similar role within a spa, resort, or wellness center.Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.Education: Certification or degree in hospitality, business management, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with spa booking and POS systems (e.g., Fresha or similar platforms).Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Spa Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of spa services, treatments, and products.Flexible Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.Key CompetenciesCustomer-Oriented: A deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Strong Leader: Proven ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.Financial Acumen: Budget management and the ability to analyze financial performance.Problem Solver: Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.Sales & Marketing Awareness: Understanding of strategies to drive bookings and increase spa revenue.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
