We are searching for a Bilingual HR Analyst to join our client's team and play a crucial role in analyzing workforce data, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring compliance across our diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:Workforce Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to influence decisions on workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and employee relations strategies.HR Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain user-friendly HR reports and dashboards, aiding cross-functional teams in tracking performance and planning.Translation & Cultural Sensitivity: Translate HR communications, policies, and training materials into [specific language], ensuring they are culturally sensitive and accurate.Employee Relations Collaboration: Partner with departments to address employee concerns, provide insights, and recommend innovative solutions for better engagement and retention.Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws, as well as internal policies, across diverse, multilingual teams.HR Program Support: Facilitate onboarding processes and support HR initiatives to promote efficiency, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Experience: Proven track record in HR analytics, workforce planning, or data reporting.Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency (verbal and written) in French is mandatory.Technical Expertise:Proficient in HRIS systems.Expert in Excel for data management and analysis.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of labor regulations at both local and international levels.Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills that drive collaboration and effective decision-making.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
