HR Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth hiring processes. This is a 5 day a week in office role, with the potential for hybrid in the future. Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate multiple interviews weekly, including panel and executive sessions.- Assist with implementing centralized systems to streamline recruitment processes.- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and college opportunities, including job postings.- Draft, review, and coordinate offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with candidates.- Conduct pre-employment screenings and background checks while preparing reports for recruiters.- Maintain high attention to detail by double-checking calendars and communications to avoid errors.- Provide responsive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.- Support recruiters by managing schedules from initial contact to final offer stages.- Work with applicant tracking systems such as Lever or similar platforms to ensure smooth operations.- Collaborate with team members and take initiative to improve recruitment coordination efforts.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination.- Familiarity with systems such as Lever, ATS Systems, and similar tools. - Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and responsive approach.- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.- Experience drafting and reviewing offer letters with accuracy.- Knowledge of pre-employment screening and processes requiring all candidates to undergo background checks.- Proactive and efficient personality with a sense of urgency.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
