Associate Accountant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Associate Accountant to join our General Ledger EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in our financial operations while contributing to process improvements and working with cutting-edge systems and tools. Key Responsibilities: Execute monthly financial close activities and related transactions accurately and timely. Prepare, review, and process revenue journals. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and proactively resolve open or aged balances. Prepare, maintain, and analyze dashboards using PowerBI and other analytical tools. Provide support across multiple financial systems, including SAP, Blackline, Onestream, Hyperion, Redwood, and Snowflake. Continuously improve, simplify, standardize, automate, document, and formalize financial processes. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies. Support various continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. Assist in internal and external audits and help remediate identified risks or issues. Key Requirements: Proficient in Excel, SAP, PowerBI, and Visio. Experience working with analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Strong technical aptitude and comfort with various financial systems. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (GL experience preferred).
