Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a bold, data-driven strategy to accelerate growth and enhance service delivery across European markets. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, lead market entry initiatives, and diversify service offerings to meet evolving customer needs. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency across regional operations. Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across commercial, operational, and support functions within a complex matrix environment. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal standards across jurisdictions. Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or Master's with 7 years Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry Proven success in leading regional or multi-country operations Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English ; additional European languages are a plus High intercultural awareness and ability to lead diverse teams Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
