Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst – Retail Sector | Hybrid (Utrecht Area) I am currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a well-established retail client on an initial six-month contract , with strong potential for extension. This role will be instrumental in supporting a major revamp of their existing Salesforce instance. Key Responsibilities: Engage with key business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions for technical teams and solution architects. Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support the design and delivery of scalable, fit-for-purpose Salesforce solutions. Candidate Profile: Demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within the retail sector. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Experience with Salesforce transformation or optimisation projects is highly desirable.
