Senior Account Manager – ICT Outsourcing Randstad area (Hybrid) Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for ICT services and strategic relationship management? A leading Dutch ICT service provider is seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen their team and drive success across key outsourcing clients. About the Role In this senior position, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and delivering value through tailored outsourcing solutions. You’ll lead the customer journey—from first introduction to contract renewal—ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the ICT outsourcing domain Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite Identify new business opportunities and craft tailored proposals Lead bid and RFP processes, including negotiation and deal closing Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence Drive revenue growth with both new and existing customers What You Bring 10 years of experience in ICT sales or account management Proven track record managing large, complex deals (€5M annually) Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher) Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) Deep knowledge of ICT outsourcing and contract management Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented Valid driver’s license (B) What’s On Offer Competitive salary up to €8,000/month (depending on experience) Company car (business and private use) Phone and SIM card provided One-year contract with potential for permanent employment 26 vacation days (based on 40 hours) Pension scheme & travel allowance Hybrid working environment Access to training and development Engaging company culture with regular social events Ready to take your ICT career to the next level?
