My client provides tele-health solutions that make eye testing accessible from anywhere — supporting hospitals, consumers, and employers alike. As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking a Lead Full-stack Engineer to help drive technical product development and lead a growing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are met. Own technical architecture and ensure the development of scalable, high-quality web applications. Deploy and maintain applications in AWS cloud infrastructure. Oversee external API integrations and handle troubleshooting in collaboration with Customer Service and Clinical teams. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, medical device, and software development standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, customer service, marketing, and sales) to drive product success. Tech Stack: Frontend: Vue.js, JavaScript Backend: Laravel (PHP), Python Infrastructure: AWS Database: SQL, ORM About You: 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 3 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in full-stack development in a regulated or compliance-driven environment. Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams (management, medical experts, developers). Solid knowledge of software design patterns, OOP, and cybersecurity practices.
