Maintenance Team Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a senior Service Technician to take on a dual role that includes shift-leading responsibilities. In this role, you’ll manage your shift team while performing hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting in a highly automated logistics facility. This is an ideal opportunity for a technician with several years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate shift activities, ensuring efficient handovers and task distribution Diagnose and resolve technical faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Provide first-line response and determine when to escalate issues to second-line engineers Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents and repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures Mentor and support junior technicians on shift Required Qualifications MBO4-level education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar 3 years of experience in a comparable maintenance or technical role Comfortable working in high-paced, automated environments Experience leading or mentoring a team is a strong advantage Skilled in Dutch; English is a plus What’s in It for You 30% shift allowance on top of your base salary Work in a forward-thinking, fully automated environment Gain leadership experience in a technically rich setting Be part of a tight-knit, supportive technical team
