Location: Arnhem (hybrid available) Duration : 6 months (strong potential for extension) Contract type: PAYE/employed Role overview: Lead a technical team (civil/auxiliary/safety) Support major grid connection projects (offshore wind, 2GW HVDC) Tackle planning, process optimisation, and quality improvements Focus on people leadership and change management Requirements: Engineering degree (HBO), 5 years’ experience Strong team leadership in energy, offshore, or large infra projects Dutch & English communication skills Please let me know if interested and we can arrange a call to discuss further.
