Technical Programme Lead

A growing tech business specialising in advanced semiconductor and embedded systems is looking for a hands-on Project Lead to manage complex development projects across SoC/ASIC, FPGA, embedded software, and hardware. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple teams and disciplines, coordinating technical workstreams, and seeing projects through from scoping to delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Leading end-to-end delivery of semiconductor and embedded systems projects Aligning engineering teams and client expectations across technical milestones Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting Supporting proposal and contract development for new projects What They’re Looking For Experience managing technical projects in semiconductors or embedded systems Strong understanding of SoC, ASIC, FPGA, or embedded software development Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments Why Apply?
