Junior/Medior IT Project Manager (ZZP / secondment) Location: Barneveld (onsite work) Contract type: ZZP freelance contract / detachering Start Date: As soon as possible (preferably end of May/beginning June) Duration: 6-9 months possible extension Hours per week: 32 - 40 Dutch language: yes, required The interim project manager will support other project managers and handle some smaller projects within the IT department. While not strictly a PMO role, it includes some PMO elements. Responsibilities: Support other project managers Manage small to medium-sized projects Understand and improve business processes Work within the IT team, exploring ERP systems and conducting data analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 2–4 years of experience as IT Project Manager (not suitable for senior-level professionals) Experience with software-related projects, such as PLM Experience working with complex clients Experience working as a Business Analyst or Consultant Strong understanding of business processes Must have: Experience with ERP systems or other business applications (SCM, CRM, HCM) Nice to have: experience in the manufacturing industry Hays Poland Centre of Excellence sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 14426.
