Flexible Work Available Driver Hire Southampton is actively seeking Class 2 HIAB Drivers to work with our clients in the builders' merchant sector. What's in It for You: Weekly pay Choice of PAYE or PAYE Advanced payment methods Competitive hourly rates CPC and licence upgrade training available through Driver Hire Flexible working options - full-time, part-time, or occasional shifts Onsite parking at most locations Generous referral scheme 24/7 support from our dedicated in-house team The Role: Start time: 7:00am, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays) 8-10 hour working days Multidrop deliveries of building materials Deliveries to residential addresses and construction sites in and around Southampton Operating a HIAB with brick grab attachment Completing paperwork accurately Manual handling and heavy lifting may be involved What We're Looking For: UK Class 2 (Category C) licence Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tacho card HIAB licence (brick grab) Ideally 6 months of Class 2 driving experience (newly qualified drivers welcome) Previous multidrop experience is advantageous Own transport for commuting Strong timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills Ability to follow health and safety procedures About Us: Driver Hire Southampton is part of the UK's leading logistics recruitment agency.
