Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid & Flexible Working Location: York Focus: Commercial Leases & Property Transactions Working Pattern: Hybrid with flexible hours A respected Yorkshire firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established real estate team. The Role: You’ll work closely with the Head of Department on a wide range of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions and disposals. From day one, you'll be client-facing, managing your own caseload with the autonomy to make decisions, while also having the chance to supervise an Assistant and build valuable leadership experience. This is a hybrid role with flexible core hours, making it ideal if you're looking for more balance in your day-to-day. Key Responsibilities: Running your own caseload of commercial property work Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and other documents Advising clients across a range of sectors Handling landlord and tenant matters Ensuring compliance and excellent standards of client care What You’ll Need: Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience Confident managing files from start to finish Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Experience with LEXCEL standards (preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer?
