Main responsibilities of the position: Define models and boundary conditions to simulate the real behavior of the components and identify the main failure modes. Iterate closely with other experts in different disciplines (like CFD, Electrochemical, Material science, measurements). Support Lab and manufacturing process development by providing technical expertise Define component validation tests and analyze data from manufacturing and the field to validate the design, including the prototype assembly phase. Issue and check technical reports and prepare design review material Capture lessons learned and ensure the integration of field feedback into the design Issue nonconformity resolutions with Quality and design teams. Seek opportunities to develop expertise and maintain professional relationships, managing an internal and external network. Collaborate with external partners to follow up on design activities in collaboration with subcontractors.
