Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled SEO Manager to lead the global SEO strategy for all Prada Group websites, including prada.com, miumiu.com, church-footwear.com, pasticceriamarchesi.com, and carshoe.com. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a complex, multilingual e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate is proficient across all SEO pillars-Technical, Content, Off-site, and Local-and capable of driving performance across 30 markets. A strong technical foundation, autonomy, and experience in Agile workflows are essential. Responsibilities Own and execute the global SEO strategy across all Prada Group websites and 30 markets Analyze search trends and algorithm behavior across global platforms (e.g., Google, Baidu, Naver, Yahoo Japan, Bing, Yandex) Conduct technical SEO audits and deliver monthly/quarterly KPI reports with actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams (Content, UX/UI, IT, E-commerce, Merchandising) to embed SEO best practices Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and multilingual content strategies across all regions Partner with internal and agency teams to develop SEO-driven editorial content Scope and oversee implementation of SEO technical developments with IT and Agile teams, ensuring QA in staging and live environments Manage internal site search optimization using behavioral data and semantic logic Maintain the SEO roadmap and manage tasks using Jira and Confluence Drive local SEO efforts, including NAP consistency, issue resolution, and new listing launches Align SEO efforts with Paid Performance to drive synergies and shared KPIs Stay current on SEO trends, search engine updates, and AI-powered search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) Develop strategies for visibility in emerging generative AI search experiences Knowledge & Skills 8 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in fashion/luxury Proven success managing multilingual SEO in international markets Deep technical SEO expertise: HTML, JS, SPA, AEM, performance optimization Experience with Agile and digital transformation projects (Jira, Confluence) Strong leadership and project management skills, including distributed teams Proficient with analytics/reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Qlik, Looker Studio) Skilled in SEO platforms: GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Algolia, Yext, etc. Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BoF Careers by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Search Engine Optimization Manager” roles.
