Specialized Technician in Permit Acquisition

Enereco S.p.A. is looking for a specialized Technician in permit acquisition to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for managing the technical and administrative procedures necessary to obtain permits and concessions. Main Responsibilities Manage activities related to the establishment of easements and compliance with gas pipeline regulations, aimed at drafting notarial deeds. Assess and negotiate the modalities and timelines for project execution, servitude costs and agricultural measures for crop protection. Draft amicable agreements with interested property owners. Acquire permits for temporary occupation and / or voluntary land transfer. Manage the compensation for damages resulting from the construction or decommissioning of works, through market research and site inspections to define preliminary estimates. Follow up on the processes to obtain permits and concessions from public and private entities for pipeline installations. Perform cadastral checks, research property owners’ addresses, and manage contacts and negotiations. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of environmental and urban planning authorization procedures. Familiarity with environmental and energy regulations. Good proficiency with the Office suite. Willingness to travel throughout the national territory. Skills and Personal Characteristics Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented and able to work in a team.
