Site Manager and Supervisor

TMC is currently supporting several clients worldwide during the management and installation phase of innovative plants and systems. Your role and responsibilities will include: To ensure the responsible management of the project, construction, and site activities, in compliance with the schedule, budget, quality standards, and HSE regulations; To manage the contract with the client according to the guidelines provided by the Project Manager; To ensure continuity between the completion of construction and pre-commissioning phases to optimize the project schedule; To establish and verify reporting procedures for the Head Office and, following the Project Manager’s directives, for the client; To organize corrective actions to prevent interruptions in erection activities, reduce delays, and keep costs within budget; To prepare the final site report.
