Therapy Training Specialist (Lazio)

IQVIA is looking for a Therapy Training Specialist , a role where your expertise becomes a guiding light of support for patients with diabetes who self-administer insulin multiple times per day. These are new positions within a growing team created to address the increased demand for a medical device system that simplifies diabetes management for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. We seek candidates passionate about advancing healthcare and improving patient wellbeing. The ideal applicant will have a clear communication style, strong public speaking skills, spontaneous empathy, rapport-building abilities, and an adaptable approach to tailor their delivery to different patients. Working area: Responsibilities: Work with hospital accounts in your territory Collaborate with the sales team to address patient training needs Provide 1:1 training to patients on device setup and use, ensuring positive onboarding Offer ongoing support to patients as needed Participate in follow-up meetings with patients and healthcare professionals Promote technical training and awareness among diabetes teams Assist in the commercial cycle and prescription process, managing inventory and handover Organize educational activities and support during scientific events Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree in scientific, economic, or humanities disciplines, or equivalent experience PhD is a plus but not essential Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel English knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory Knowledge of medical devices and therapies is advantageous Interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus We offer: Temporary contract with chemical terms Company car IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates based on domicile, residence, work experience, and education.
