Principal Cost Estimator

AspenTech is seeking a Principal Cost Estimator to assist our account managers in growing our business and supporting sales of the Economic Evaluation and Cost Estimation solutions, with a focus on E&C (Engineering & Construction), Chemical, and Energy (Oil & Gas or Refining) customers. Key responsibilities include: Understanding prospective clients' critical business issues to present and demonstrate AspenTech’s software capabilities as the best solution. Identifying solutions to improve customer profitability and capital project outcomes based on your technical and industry knowledge. Presenting management-level solution overviews and analyzing business benefit cases. Engaging in technical product discussions and managing awareness education campaigns both on-site and online. Supporting software evaluations and assisting the sales team with strategic planning to build the sales pipeline. Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in E&C, Energy, or Chemical industries. Cost Estimation experience, particularly with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, is advantageous.
