Jobconsulting Srl is hiring for the position of Branch Manager in the Financial-Banking sector in Matera . We are seeking a qualified professional for a key role within an important financial services company in Salerno. The Branch Manager will be responsible for: Achieving commercial objectives related to financing (personal and micro-small enterprises), microfinance products, and credit recovery, by acting directly and coordinating team activities. Ensuring the branch meets economic targets through revenue generation and risk management. Handling credit analysis and recovery activities, both personally and through team coordination. Developing external relationships with partners and local institutions, and expanding the branch's presence in the territory. Fostering professional development within the team by monitoring performance and facilitating training, aiming at skill enhancement. Representing the company locally and ensuring alignment with corporate mission and values. Requirements: Degree in Business Economics or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. Strong credit analysis skills for individuals and businesses (knowledge of MCC guarantees is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AS400 is preferred. Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Empathy, emotional intelligence, analytical and planning skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
