We’re now looking for a sharp, committed individual to join our Rome operations team . This role is central to how we deliver exceptional guest experiences, and offers a unique opportunity to grow with us as we expand. What you’ll do: Oversee day-to-day operations across our Roman portfolio Coordinate housekeeping schedules and manage cleaning teams Conduct quality control visits and report maintenance needs Perform check-ins and check-outs , welcoming guests with confidence and care Manage inventory checks to ensure homes are stocked and styled to standard Prepare welcome kits, track linen and toiletries usage , and handle basic supply logistics Troubleshoot minor maintenance or tech issues (e.g., stains, lights, access, Wi-Fi) Liaise with external contractors and service providers when needed Who you are: A recent graduate, student, or someone with equivalent real-world experience Calm under pressure, detail-oriented , and a natural problem solver Warm, professional, and excellent at communicating —in person, by phone, or over text Comfortable with a flexible, non-9-to-5 schedule (including weekends and holidays) Able to move around Rome efficiently (a scooter or bike is a plus) Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a bonus) Hands-on, humble, and ready to get involved wherever needed What we offer: A paid internship: €800/month for 6 months A chance to work in one of Rome’s most beautiful private properties First-hand insight into high-end hospitality and property operations Close collaboration with the founders and core team Real opportunity to grow into a larger role—this is just the beginning for the right person This role demands flexibility, resourcefulness, and a genuine love for hospitality.
