Join the Media Team at Connexia, the Marketing & Communication brand of Retex. As our new Media Planner, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing effective online brand strategies, optimizing media campaigns, and driving performance to ensure impactful client presence. The role you will play: Campaign Planning & Management: Manage and optimize media budget campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and others). Your expertise in programmatic, affiliation, and retargeting platforms will be crucial in maximizing effectiveness. Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs, present results to stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to inform decisions. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze media reports to identify results and trends, using insights to enhance strategies and ensure KPIs are met. Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Your ability to articulate digital insights will empower management's decision-making. Requirements While you may not meet all criteria, we believe you would excel if you possess these characteristics: Experience: 1-2 years in online campaign planning and budget management. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and Office Suite is preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio and media stacks such as Google Marketing Platform. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English. Proactivity and Organization: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English.
