About InPost InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 4300 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 2222 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Role Mission The Business Growth Partner plays a key role in supporting the fast, effective, and scalable execution of growth initiatives across B2B logistics services (Out-of-Home and 2Door delivery). Acting as a connector between strategy, trade marketing and Sales, the Partner helps launch and standardize new solutions by coordinating pilots, enabling sales, and ensuring readiness across internal teams. Key Responsibilities Initiative Execution Support the implementation of new growth initiatives (e.g., service pilots, comarketing plan, new use cases) Coordinate marketing and commercial pilots with strategic clients Gather real-time insights from pilots and field operations to drive continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Product/Tech teams Sales Enablement Equip the Sales team with tools and initiatives to sell new services effectively Contribute to the creation of commercial toolkits (pitches, standard, documentation) Ensure sales teams are fully trained and ready to engage with clients during rollouts Performance Monitoring Feedback Define and track KPIs for each initiative (adoption, volumes, margins, customer feedback) Helping analyze pilot results to support go/no-go decisions for broader rollout Propose actions to optimize performance and customer experience Scale-Up & Knowledge Transfer Support the transition from pilot to full rollout, ensuring operational scalability Identify and document key repeatable practices and success factors Share learnings across teams to accelerate future go-to-market efforts What you'll need to succeed: 1–2 years of experience in e-Commerce, logistics, innovation, or project execution roles Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills Proactive and execution-driven mindset Hands-on approach, comfortable working both with data and in operational environments Experience with B2B dynamics and client-facing activities Familiarity with CRM, BI, and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday, Tableau) Why Join Us You’ll work on real campaigns with well-known e-commerce brands You’ll be part of a positive, dynamic, and international team You’ll grow fast – learning about trade marketing, B2B strategy, and customer engagement You’ll help shape the way people receive parcels across Europe Excellent Work-life balance Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03 Invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito www.inpost.it, alla sezionePrivacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione
