IT Project Manager / Scrum Master – Monterrey, MX Contract: 9 Months (Onsite 3–4 Days/Week) We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a high-visibility Customer Experience (CX) Program for a global manufacturing organization. This role requires strong project leadership, budget tracking expertise, and hands-on coordination across international teams. The project is scheduled to run through April 2026 , offering a dynamic opportunity to drive meaningful transformation in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments Oversee and track project budgets independently , ensuring financial accountability Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, risks, and deliverables Support the execution of a customer experience program focused on innovation and efficiency Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a fast-moving environment PMI or PMP certification (or formal training) Experience working in global organizations , with cross-border team coordination Background in automotive or supply chain industries preferred Comfortable with onsite presence 3–4 days per week in Monterrey, Mexico
