Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails daily. Flag urgent emails, draft basic replies, and forward correspondence to the relevant parties. Assist in keeping inboxes organised and follow up on pending responses. Call Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate messages. Redirect calls as needed and follow up on missed calls or voicemail messages. Schedule call-backs and remind senior staff of important conversations. Diary Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. Send calendar invites and reminders where necessary. Keep track of daily agenda items and communicate changes promptly. Filing & Document Control: Organise and maintain both digital and hard copy files. Help prepare basic documents and assist with data entry or record-keeping. Errands & Admin Tasks: Run basic office or personal errands when required. Assist with planning the team's events and incentives. Assist with the teams budget. Assist in preparing meeting packs, printing, scanning, and other clerical tasks. Follow-Ups: Follow up with internal team members or external contacts for responses or updates as instructed. Keep track of task progress and send reminders when needed. Daily and Monthly Stats: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking and reporting. Daaglikse en Maandelikse Statistieke: Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) vir die monitering en verslagdoening.
