Visual brand creator internship

Equals is looking for a Visual Brand Creator Intern to join the team. As a startup with a clear mission to create a more equal workforce, the team supports women in tech and entrepreneurship every day. This internship offers hands-on experience, responsibility from day one, and a chance to be part of a growing and committed team. Your role As a Visual Brand Creator Intern, the focus is on strengthening Equals’ visibility and visual identity. You will work closely with Julia to maintain a consistent brand look and feel, while contributing new creative concepts and formats. Tasks include: Creating visual content for social media (posts, stories, Reels), events and campaigns Editing photos and short videos for various channels Maintaining and improving our Canva templates and brand visuals Contributing to content brainstorms and turning creative ideas into action Learning how to grow and protect a brand’s visual identity Writing short-form content such as blogs, newsletters and social captions Supporting community management at our canal-side clubhouse, including events Collaborating with other women-led organisations such as hashtagworkmode.com on joint campaigns Monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements Examples of channels you'll work with: equals.nl | equals.nl/blog | instagram.com/equals.nl | linkedin.com/company/equals-nl About you Currently enrolled at a Dutch (applied sciences) university, in the final stage of a bachelor or during a master’s. Background in communication, marketing, media, creative business, innovation or entrepreneurship A practical mindset and hands-on from day one Affinity with content and visual design (e.g. Canva, Instagram, basic editing tools) Familiar with content strategy and SEO basics Strong written and spoken English Dutch language skills are a plus Comfortable working under pressure and content deadlines Available for 6 months, starting in September What Equals offers A fast-paced environment with real responsibility A collaborative team with space for personal input Access to a strong and growing network of female entrepreneurs and professionals in the Netherlands A flexible workplace in central Amsterdam Monthly internship compensation of EUR 750 (based on full-time availability)
