Position Overview Based in Rome, the Senior Consultant will be part of the Marketing Sales & Services Unit within EY Business Consulting. The team specializes in defining, optimizing, and implementing commercial functions and go-to-market strategies for clients across various industries, focusing on maximizing marketing effectiveness and improving strategies related to pricing, sales, and services. Key Responsibilities Support analysis and redesign of processes, procedures, and organizational models for clients; Conduct benchmark and market analysis on national and international operators; Assist in developing use cases for innovative services from conceptualization to implementation; Design new KPIs for business and processes; Perform data analysis to monitor performance and identify trends/opportunities; Manage PMO activities, project planning, and governance, including reporting and presentation of operational and strategic SALs; Lead junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in top consulting firms or companies in infrastructure, transportation, logistics, or multi-utilities sectors; Participation in projects related to PMO, digital transformation, or business process design; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI for report and dashboard creation; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative, virtual, and independent environment; Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively; Fluent in Italian and English.
