Job Description

Job Responsibilities Capture new business opportunities to drive growth Develop new customers, improve relationships with existing customers Align the annual sales target with customers, monitor performance month over month Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies Collaborate actively with Head Office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front-line Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields Good understanding of the distribution PV market At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets PV technical background is a plus Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from procurement teams to C-suite executives Fast learner with street-smart qualities Other Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice J-18808-Ljbffr
