June – Dec 2024 : Evaluate and re-assess current Risk Assessment to identify current risk ratings across the fleet based on incident historical data, controls, barriers, procedures, and standards. Conduct fleet-wide Road Safety Gap Analysis and provide a comprehensive report including recommendations for both short-term and long-term solutions. Participate in all MVI-related incidents, both work-related and non-work-related. Collaborate with CRCD, involving them in all proposed programs and awareness training for the community and LGUs regarding road safety, driving safety, and road condition improvement. Verify gap analysis action closure and assess its effectiveness. Prepare detailed learnings for fleet-wide reference and implementation. Share best practices and assess the effectiveness of all controls and barriers installed/implemented. Collaborate with CRCD, meet with LGUs/community to discuss improvements and gather feedback from EDC’s road safety initiatives. Provide trending analysis and KPIs for road transport-related incidents/activities.
