MAIN TASKS Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / position Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk) Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation) TRAINING Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering Preferred knowledge of econometrics Knowledge of bank financial statements, financial markets, accounting principles, relevant European and National prudential framework (Basel2, Basel3, International Accounting Standards, etc) is a plus Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred) The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
