The position The Sellout Specialist is responsible for driving product sales through robust and innovative sales strategies. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure that the company's products are presented in the best possible way to maximize sales. Tasks & Responsibilities Oversee the territory and points of sale, developing sales through sellout levers: assortment, distribution, product visibility, and promotion. Provide product training to store staff. Monitor sales and stock levels to ensure the right assortment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials. Collect feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand image. Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback, focusing on key areas for market share growth. Participate in industry events, fairs, and conferences to network and stay updated on trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Scientific field, or related discipline. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same industry. Sell-in experience is a plus. Strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Willingness to travel as needed. What we offer Permanent contract with an external agency.
