About the project: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral fellow to work on a project funded by the Italian Association for Cancer Research. The focus is on understanding the evolution of the tumor microenvironment in lymphoid malignancies, investigating the reprogramming of fibroblastic reticular cells and their role in tumor progression. The candidate will utilize preclinical models, single-cell RNA sequencing, spectral flow cytometry, and humanized 3D culture systems to study tumor-stroma interactions and identify targetable pathways.
