This is a position with grade 14 This position reports to Service Sales Support Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to repair a variety of standard drive units and subassemblies. Each day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective problem resolution. You will also showcase your expertise by executing work as per first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standardsThe work model for the role is: LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytics Business in Tremezzina (CO).You will be mainly accountable for:• Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.• Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.• Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.• Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.• Analyzing returned products from the market: Thoroughly examining products that have been returned from the market to identify any defects or issues that need addressing.• Testing repaired products: Conducting comprehensive tests on the repaired products to verify that they meet the required standards and are fully operational.• Performing quality tests on the product, recording and analyzing results: Carrying out detailed quality tests on the product, meticulously recording the results, and analyzing the data to ensure the product meets all quality specifications. Qualifications for the role You have a demonstrated track record in chemical or electrotechnical Diploma. You have 2 years of experience in fields related to the maintenance of gas analysis systems, demonstrating your advanced skills in this area. You are highly skilled in using specialized tools and methodologies for testing and analysis, possessing an enhanced knowledge of the relevant equipment. You are passionate about precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving, and you are innovative around these soft skills.
