We are seeking to expand our international Sales Support team at our Segrate (Milan), Italy location. We are looking for a full-time Sales professional to join us as soon as possible. Your Duties and Responsibilities Generating new business with existing clients, including creating and following up on offers, in collaboration with Global Key Account Management (GKAM). Establishing new client relationships and developing new business within existing sales structures. Supporting the branch in preparing the annual budget and business plan, including target setting and commercial evaluation of projects. Assisting in business and commercial controlling for the division. Developing and implementing strategies for customer acquisition, market share growth, benchmarking, and competitor analysis. Supporting existing clients locally and internationally. Managing tenders in coordination with other group tender centers. Ensuring quality assurance of all processes and procedures. Supporting the implementation of the group's strategic goals. Fostering interaction and cooperation with other deugro offices and departments. Contributing to the strategic development of the Hamburg location, including diversification and expansion of products and services. What You Can Contribute Successfully completed vocational training in the forwarding sector or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional and sales experience in ocean freight, preferably with out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo. Strong customer service orientation. A convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented approach. Ability to work well in a team and excellent organizational skills. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken). High willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license. High self-motivation and self-discipline.
