We’re hiring a CFO! Location: Ravenna, Italy Industry: Drilling and related engineering services Hydro Drilling SRL , a leading Italian contractor in geothermal, gas storage, and oil & gas drilling, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. We’re a dynamic, privately held company with ~80 employees and €15–25M annual turnover, driving innovation in sustainable energy and infrastructure. What you'll do ●Lead financial planning, budgeting & reporting ●Manage cash flows ●Build strong banking relationships ●Liaise with tax advisors and authorities to assure fiscal and regulatory compliance ●Secure grants and incentives, especially for green transition projects ●Improve and supervise administrative and compliance processes What we're looking for ●7–10 years of senior finance experience ●Proficient in financial modelling ●Strong banking connections and funding experience ●Proficient in Italian and EU financial/tax regulations ●Fluent in Italian and English ●Industry experience in an industrial company ●Track record with grants (EU, PNRR, etc.) is a plus Join us to help shape the financial future of a company at the forefront of the green energy transition in Italy and beyond.
