Responsibilities Understand complex computer systems and cybersecurity concepts. Determine testing requirements, including the number and type of systems and testing methodologies. Plan and develop penetration testing methods, scripts, and procedures. Simulate security breaches to evaluate system security. Generate reports with findings, security issues, and risk assessments. Advise on mitigation strategies to reduce security risks. Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders. Assess the potential impact of simulated attacks on business operations and users. Analyze how identified vulnerabilities could affect business functions if not addressed. Other Duties Additional tasks may be assigned as the role evolves. Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Master's degree with distinction in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Strong knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (e.g., ISO 27001), and data protection. Two to five years of experience in information security and IT risk management. Proficiency in current IT risks, security protocols, and software systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning abilities. Fluent in English and Italian.
