The role involves building a vision and strategy to maintain and improve efficiency and consistency, leading a team of experts, and collaborating with various company functions in a dynamic and international environment. Your Mission Your mission is to lead the development and management of PLM and CAD tools, ensuring their evolution aligns with company goals, and to drive team performance and cross-functional collaboration. Your Profile Business/Management Engineering, IT Engineering Degree, or equivalent. Knowledge of Agile methodology and market trends in PLM and CAD tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills; proactive with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. Knowledge of CAD and PLM software (Data Management Tools), technical documentation software, computers, and networks. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ECC6 and S/4Hana experience is a plus).
