Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The Bess Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial (C&I) applications, and microgrid solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management. Customer Relationship Management : Work closely with the technical team to design and propose energy storage solutions, including technical specifications, configurations, and performance benefits. Prepare detailed sales proposals, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and project timelines. Coordinate with the engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale. Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales efforts with company objectives. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with customer information and sales activities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in renewable energy project financing or sales. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. Be able to work in a multicultural environment. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
