Work on Time, a branch of Codroipo (UD), is seeking candidates for a client company. We are looking to hire an RSPP for an important company in the trade fair sector near Pordenone (PN). We seek a candidate with technical and administrative training, dynamic, and eager to challenge themselves. Responsibilities You will work as part of a team, supported by a senior figure, and will be responsible for: Managing safety-related practices, coordinating risk prevention and protection, and training programs; Handling relations with fire brigades and first aid services; Interfacing with public administration offices related to trade fair practices (SCIA, NIA); Maintaining relationships with the insurance broker regarding contractual matters and accident reports; Preparing documentation for market research of suppliers, invitation letters, specifications, and supply contracts; Managing privacy-related documentation; Handling technical and administrative procedures related to the integrated system for ISO 20121, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Requirements We require: A degree in management engineering, law, economics (preferred), or other relevant qualifications/experience; Experience in technical-administrative areas; Good computer skills, especially with the Office package and Excel; Proficiency in written and spoken English; Precision, organization, and methodical work approach; Good interpersonal skills. Junior candidates will also be considered. Additional Details Work hours: Full-time, with availability to work weekends; Salary: CCNL commerce, salary based on experience. 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for stabilization, or indefinite contract with a 6-month trial period.
