Consolidated Financial Results as of June 30, 2023. Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department, based in Milan. Responsibilities : Develop monitoring and forecast models for Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports. Collaborate with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database. Support the implementation and development of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the Industrial Plan's financial targets. Enhance management and monitoring processes for the Group's commercial initiatives. Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan, identifying potential opportunities and monitoring outcomes. Assess and monitor specific risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support decision-making on commercial initiatives. Requirements : MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics. 5-6 years of experience, preferably in reputable consulting firms. Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financial data. Ability to manage complex files and large databases. Advanced skills in Excel for modeling forecasts and KPI monitoring. Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports. Excellent command of English. Willingness to travel internationally. Additional Skills : Problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities. Results-oriented with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
