This position requires up to 60% travel within Europe and occasional presence in the Piacenza office. Primary Responsibilities: Research and identify service contract opportunities within direct and indirect ZOLL customer markets. Build and nurture relationships with channel partners to support service growth. Support direct end users and grow service within direct service regions. Train and support channel partners with servicing tools and knowledge to promote and sell services. Research market share to understand the servicing landscape and identify growth opportunities. Manage service contracts and post-equipment services; prepare contract quotes. Promote service contracts to customers with factory warranties or lapses in warranty. Track performance through structured reporting and management tools. Collaborate with service providers, business partners, and sales teams on tenders. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years proven success in service contracts, preferably in healthcare. Experience working in a matrix environment. Fluency in Italian and strong English skills. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
