InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 4,300 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 2,222 fully automated parcel lockers (accessible 24/7), enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their convenience. The goal is to continue scaling InPost in Italy at a rapid pace similar to its success in Poland. We’re looking for driven and curious individuals to join us in redefining industry standards! As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services at the best value regarding quality and price, ensuring budget adherence to increase profitability and support growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Creating and maintaining purchasing policies, ensuring compliance. Managing supplier relationships, tracking performance, availability, pricing, and quality. Auditing ongoing purchases to identify savings opportunities and contribute to EBITDA goals. Maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships through follow-up and communication regarding supply chain issues. Negotiating purchase agreements and supply contracts that benefit the company. Managing material shortages, quality issues, and tracking purchase orders and contracts. Ensuring legal compliance of all supplier agreements. Planning for inventory needs and ensuring timely deliveries. Reducing dependency on single-source suppliers through strategic contracts and partnerships. Collaborating on global purchasing initiatives within the InPost group. Additional responsibilities include: Leading the implementation and management of digital compliance tools, including SAP S/4HANA. Training and supporting team members in using SAP S/4HANA for procurement activities. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, planning, networking, and time management skills, with strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiation. The role requires an agile approach to adapt to a fast-growing environment, managing multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and experience in system implementation are highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
