Our growth is powered by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. ✈️ What You’ll Be Doing: Learn how to negotiate air freight rates with agents and overseas offices. Support the team in coordinating shipments and maintaining competitive pricing. Gain hands-on experience with air import/export operations , including documentation, billing, and delivery arrangements. Communicate daily with vendors, sales reps, and global offices. Assist with special air freight projects and business bids. Prepare and maintain air pricing reports (cost, profit, transit time, routing, etc.). Get familiar with airline equipment, transit times, and routing logistics . Work Schedule: Guadalajara Office Choose your shift: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field (or equivalent experience). Around 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. Advanced English proficiency is required.
