Role Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master – Monterrey Employment Type: Contract Duration: 9 months (through April 2026) Location: Monterrey, MX – Onsite 3–4 days per week Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master based in Monterrey, Mexico , to support a major Customer Experience (CX) transformation program . This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office presence (3–4 days per week) and offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative expected to run through April 2026. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Agile and hybrid project delivery frameworks Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones Monitor timelines, risks, and progress across project phases Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid project methodologies Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in Customer Experience (CX) programs is a plus , but not required
