That means personalized partnerships, agile teams, and smart, strategic builds. We are seeking a highly skilled Website Content & Graphics Specialist to manage and optimize our company website. This role requires deep knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, expertise in web graphics optimization, and the ability to quickly update and enhance various elements of the website, including copy, forms, graphics, page layouts, and more. While this position does not require development skills, it demands a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining a high-performing and visually appealing website. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Manage various aspects of our WordPress website, including updates to pages, forms, layouts, and content. Graphics Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize web graphics to ensure fast load times and high-quality visuals. Content Updates: Quickly and efficiently update website copy, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging. Page Layouts: Design and arrange page layouts to enhance user experience and visual appeal. Problem Solving: Address and troubleshoot minor technical issues related to WordPress functionality or graphics usage. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align website updates with broader business goals. Qualifications: Proven Experience: 3 years of experience working with WordPress (non-development tasks) and website content management. Fluent in software and platforms including Elementor, Figma, HubSpot Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Lottie animation is a bonus. Design Skills: Strong understanding of web graphics, including creation, editing, and optimization techniques. Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to quickly update and refine website elements while maintaining high standards of quality. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with WordPress tools and plugins commonly used for website updates and performance. Speed & Agility: Ability to manage multiple updates and tasks efficiently without compromising quality. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
