Role Purpose Manage infrastructure services, vendors, and technical operations including servers, network, backup, and end-user support. Qualifications BSc IT or Engineering; ITIL Certified; 8 years in infrastructure leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee NTT/BCX (any other service providers) and ensure SLA compliance. Manage network, server, backup, and disaster recovery. Ensure ITIL-aligned service management. Develop DR runbooks and technical SOPs. Skills & Competencies ITSM/ITIL, cloud/hybrid infrastructure. Network/security/Windows Server knowledge. Vendor & contract management.
