Come be part of the FERAS team! We are looking for a Cozinheiro Jr. to work in Curitiba /PR! Responsibilities and Duties Prepare meals according to established menus. Check supplies and request food and other kitchen items. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen, store supplies properly, and prevent losses. Organize work area, clean equipment, and verify equipment functionality before starting work. Check and store ingredients properly. Prepare food following recipes and standards. Serve prepared food, monitor re-stocking and temperature. Supervise team members’ tasks. Assist in plating and assembling dishes. Perform basic cooking tasks like baking, grilling, boiling, and frying under supervision. Ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Follow recipes to ensure consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace. Clean and store utensils and equipment properly. Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, checking quality. Participate in ingredient and equipment setup for service. Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively for coordinated food production and service. Attend training sessions and seek feedback for improvement. Requirements High School diploma plus Professional Course. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
