Grote projecten vragen om strakke planning, strikt budgetbeheer én glasheldere communicatie met zowel interne teams als klanten. Wat ga je doen? Projectleiding van grotere developmentprojecten binnen Alflex, Brunelco en Quant – van kick-off tot oplevering Budget- en planningsbeheer: scope, kosten en doorlooptijd bewaken Stakeholdermanagement: intern schakelen met R&D en productie, extern met klanten als vast aanspreekpunt Procesoptimalisatie: implementeren van projectmethodieken en tooling (bijv. stage-gating) Rapportage & communicatie: heldere voortgangsrapportages voor management en klant Reizen: circa 30% van je tijd, afhankelijk van projectlocaties Wat jij meebrengt Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in een technische omgeving Kennis van embedded hardware en software is een pré Sterk in budgetbewaking, planning en risicomanagement Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden – je schakelt moeiteloos tussen techniek en klant Verbinder: je enthousiasmeert teams en bewaakt samenhang Flexibele standplaats nabij Utrecht, Haaksbergen of Alkmaar Afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding in een technische richting Wat bieden wij Direct contract bij QTRON, 40 uur per week Aantrekkelijk salaris, afhankelijk van je ervaring Secundair Reiskostenvergoeding Thuiswerkmogelijkheid (max. 2 dagen p/w) Laptop en telefoon van de zaak 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis Marktconform pensioen Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en professionele groei Ben jij de drijvende kracht die onze projecten naar een hoger niveau tilt? At QTRON, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who - with keen insight and decisive action - drives our largest development projects to successful delivery. About QTRON Electronics Group QTRON is the parent organization of three innovative companies in the electronics sector, specializing in embedded hardware and software. Our clients range from start-ups to multinationals in medical technology, railways, energy and IoT. Large-scale projects demand tight scheduling, strict budget control and crystal-clear communication with both internal teams and customers. What You’ll Do Lead larger development projects at Alflex, Brunelco and Quant – from kick-off to delivery Manage budgets and schedules: continuously monitor scope, costs and timelines Stakeholder management: liaise internally with R&D and production, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers Process optimization: implement project methodologies and tooling (e.g. stage-gating) Reporting & communication: provide clear progress updates to management and clients Travel: approximately 30 % of your time on-site, depending on project locations What You Bring At least 5 years’ experience as a project leader in a technical environment Knowledge of embedded hardware and software is a plus Strong skills in budget monitoring, scheduling and risk management Excellent communication skills – you switch effortlessly between technical teams and clients A natural connector: you inspire teams, unite disciplines and maintain cohesion Flexible base near Utrecht, Haaksbergen or Alkmaar Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field What We Offer Direct employment contract with QTRON, 40 hrs/week Competitive salary, based on experience Benefits package Travel allowance Home-office option (up to 2 days/week) Company laptop and phone 25 vacation days (full-time) Market-conform pension scheme Room for initiative and professional growth Are you the key driver to take our projects to the next level?
