Job Description

Job responsibility Identify forklift dealerships within the assigned region, based on size, market, current brands carried, and the potential opportunities to become an LGMG dealer. Further develop and enhance our dealer programs to gain improved adoption, commitment and performance across our LGMG Dealer network. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, sales managers, sales reps, and sales coordinators within dealerships. Develop dealer specific growth roadmaps to ensure a thoughtful plan is in place that enables dealer/s to flourish and grow our mutual business over time. Champion and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned business segment Oversee the execution of factory demos, roadshows, and other programs utilized to accelerate the promotion and sales results of new and top performing products within the assigned business segment. Participate in periodic trade shows and industry events Qualification (Education and Experience) Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience within industry, preferred; 10 years of lift manufacturing sales experience, ideally electric Class I, IV, V forklifts preferred, industry background with Toyota, Crown, Clark, Heli, Hangcha, EP forklift sales position is preferred; 3 years leading and managing effective and growing sales teams, preferred; Preferred Certified to operate material handling equipment; Bilingual language is necessary, English/Spanish or Mandarin/Spanish; Based in Netherlands, Frequent travel (International and National) is necessary; Intermediate in Microsoft suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
